1.Which countries do we ship to?

We ship to 200+ destinations worldwide. Customers can check the shipping charges at the time of checkout after putting their address details.

2.What are the shipping cost and duty charges for international shipping?

For international orders, shipping charges vary on the number of products a customer orders.

Please note that many countries charge varied import duties, customs charges, and taxes on shipped items. These additional charges are to be directly borne by the customer. Hence, it is advisable to check your country’s taxes policies before placing an order with us because we do not offer returns or cancellations for international orders once the order is placed.

If the customer does not accept or pay any such customs charges for their international orders under any circumstances, we shall not be liable for product exchanges/returns or payment refunds.

3.Will I be able to return/exchange/ cancel an international order?

Please note that international orders placed on our website are not eligible for returns, exchanges, and cancellations. We leave extra margins on each product so that customers have the option to make required alterations.

4.What is the payment method for International Orders?

We only offer prepaid payment options for international orders and accept all major Mastercard, American Express, Stripe and Visa cards, along with recognized payment gateway options such as PayPal.

5.How long will it take for my order to reach me?

We dispatch all international orders within 3-4 working days from the day the order has been placed. Once the order has been dispatched, the customer will receive a message with the tracking details so that the customer can track the order throughout the delivery process.

For international orders, 15-20 business days is the average turnaround time for an order to be delivered to the recipient.
