Return and Refund Policy
- Request for Return against any Order ID has to be placed within 4 days from the date of delivery. (Policy updated on 10th Dec, 24.)
- All products are eligible for Return and Refund.
( Incase of damage product, we need an opening video of the package to accept the claim), Please Mail Us at thenud22@gmail.com with your order id, outfit pictures with tag and reason of return. Subject of the mail should be Return (Order ID). Please make sure that the outfit is unworn, undamaged & should be in absolutely new condition as it was delivered. - We will revert on the mail with the pickup tracking details for return & the courier person will pickup the outfit within 2 days. So, we request you to be available on the given phone number, so that the courier boy can communicate regarding the pickup timing. Please note we will be charging INR 300 per Outfit as return pickup shipping charges & the refund will be credited after deduction of this amount.
- We request you to careful pack the outfit/outfits in any closed or completely sealed packet, so that the outfit is not lost while in transit. - After we receive the return, it will be checked by our team and then the return will be accepted if found in the original condition. The refund will be credited within 15 working days ( Excluding Saturdays, Sundays & Other Bank Holidays) after the return has been received by our team.
- Our team will mail for the bank details or UPI details for refund once the refund is scheduled.
- We request you go through our size chart and product description carefully before placing the order.
- We also offer exchange with any other product in the price bracket or higher the price of the product already purchased from us.Please email us at (thenud22@gmail.com) with your reasons ,pictures of the outfit with the tags intact and please note the product should be unworn and undamaged.We will initiate the pickup for the outfit exchange.

Exchange Policy
- Please Note: We leave extra margins on each product, so the customer can make the required alterations if needed.
- If you want to exchange , the size of any outfit, please mail us at thenud22@gmail.com with your Order ID and mention the size you need in exchange. There will be only one free exchange option available against one Order ID. For Second time, Exchange, 2 ways shipping charges will be involved.
- Please ensure the product you are exchanging has all the tags intact, it is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. It should not have smell of perfume, body odor or detergent.
- If you have received a damaged product/ wrong product/incorrect size/stained product, please mail us with your ORDER ID at (thenud22@gmail.com ) or WhatsApp (8282903134) with the correct reason(for damaged product & stained product, we would require an end-to-end opening footage of the package).
- For size exchange (DO’NOT FORGET TO MENTION THE SIZE YOU NEED IN EXCHANGE ON THE MAIL). As soon as we receive your exchange request, we will get back to you via email/call within 1-2 working days and process the request.
- In case of an exchange, our team will email you the tracking details. We request you to be available at your address in the discussed timeframe to facilitate the process. Our logistics team will attempt the pickup twice. Please ensure when you are returning the product for exchange, it should be packed in completely sealed and closed package so that the product is not lost in transit.
- Once we receive the exchange request, our courier partner will collect the original product from your doorstep. Once we receive the product which takes around 7 working days, we will check the product and dispatch you the exchanged product within two to three business days.
- Exchanges are not accepted if there is a slight colour variation in the product received by you. Due to screen resolution, light, or the device used to view the product, there can be a colour variation of about 10% in the final product. We try to display the product as accurately as possible on our website, hence slight colour variations will not be accepted as a reason for return/exchange.
- Please ensure you place an order for exchange for products which will be of same or higher value than the order placed before.

Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order on the website provided the order is not dispatched within that timeframe. If the order has been dispatched within 24 hours of placing it, we won't be able to cancel the order and return the amount in case of PREPAID Order
- After we get a cancellation request for a PREPAID order, we will check if the transaction has been successful and the amount will be back to your source account within 7 business days.
- The refund will be initiated after deducting the payment gateway charges of 2.5%.
